chrysanthemum

On this sample with the Kind & Caring Thoughts Hostess set, I used the same watercolor technique, but it ended up a little muddy, so after it dried a little, I went back and restamped to get a little more detail, no spritzing this time. I used Melon Mambo and Old Olive markers for both the background and the image itself, then used the scallop edge punch to embellish the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock, and added the new Melon Mambo Polka Dot grosgrain ribbon.

Sharon - you are one talented lady! Love all the cards you made with the new DSP and In Colors. This chrysanthemum is one of my favorites, the stamps, colors and composition of this card are just beautiful. Simple yet elegant.

Keep up the great work :o)
